I am delighted to welcome you to Brampton Park Golf Club and, on behalf of the Men's Competitions, Handicaps and Fixtures Committee, to give you an insight into men's competition golf here.
The club was founded in 1991 and has always been a hotbed of competition golf for players of all ages and abilities, though there are still plenty of opportunities simply to play socially with friends.

Men's golf near Huntingdon: competitions
The Men's Committee runs a full programme of competitions throughout the year.
Midweek roll-up
An individual roll-up competition for 5-day and 7-day members, played as the Winter Bash, the Midweek Medal and, in the summer, the Wednesday Stableford.
Majors and Honours Boards
A full weekend programme, including Majors and Boarded competitions where a win puts your name on an Honours Board in the clubhouse for good, and qualification for the season-ending Brampton Park Masters.
Members' competitions
Many Honours Board events and more are Members' Competitions, open to men, ladies and juniors alike. Please enter as many as you can.

Men’s golf questions
What men's golf near Huntingdon is there at Brampton Park?
There is a roll-up every Wednesday, a full weekend programme of Majors and Honours Board competitions, and the season-ending Brampton Park Masters. Many Members' Competitions are open to men, ladies and juniors.
Do I need a handicap to play in competitions?
Yes, you need an England Golf handicap. The Competitions Manual in HowDidiDo (Club and Documents) explains how everything works.
Can I just play socially?
Of course. Plenty of members simply enjoy a round with friends, and the competitions are there whenever you want to give them a go.
