Hold your next meeting, training day or conference at Brampton Park Golf Club, on Buckden Road in Brampton, just outside Huntingdon. We are a few minutes from the A1 and A14 and a short drive from Huntingdon railway station, with free on-site parking. Our first-floor rooms look out across the golf course, and our own kitchen looks after everything from tea and coffee to a formal dinner.
Room hire is Monday to Friday, with weekend rates on request. All prices on this page exclude VAT.

Choose the room that suits your group. Seating numbers depend on the layout you choose: cabaret seating takes more space than theatre style. A half day is 5 hours or less. Weekend rates are available on request.

The Event Suite: conferences for up to 100
Event Spaces 1 and 2 open into one large, light room for conferences, training events, product launches, awards and networking events. You have the first-floor bar and balcony to yourselves, with views across the golf course.

Event Spaces 1 and 2: training days and workshops
Book either half of the Event Suite for a smaller group. Both rooms open onto the first-floor balcony overlooking the course, so delegates can step outside at the break.
- Event Space 1: seats up to 60, with exclusive use of the first-floor bar and balcony. Whole day from £305 (2027: £320), half day from £222 (2027: £235).
- Event Space 2: seats up to 40, with access to the balcony. Whole day from £277 (2027: £295), half day from £195 (2027: £210).

The Boardroom: meetings for up to 16
A quiet, private room for board meetings, interviews and client meetings, with windows on three sides and a large boardroom table.

Room layouts
We set the room the way you need it: theatre, classroom, cabaret, boardroom, U-shaped or a circle of chairs. Please bear in mind the size of the room if you would like cabaret seating.
Refreshments and catering
All food is freshly prepared by our own kitchen. Start with tea, coffee and pastries, add a working lunch, or finish the day with a formal dinner. We cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free diets, and for allergies, when you pre-order.

Golf days
Add golf to your conference, team day or client event. We can arrange a range of formats, from a relaxed nine holes to a full competition, with food in the clubhouse afterwards.

How many people can your meeting rooms hold?
The Event Suite seats up to 100, Event Space 1 up to 60, Event Space 2 up to 40 and the Boardroom up to 16. Numbers depend on the layout you choose.
How much does it cost to hire a meeting room?
Room hire starts from £110 for a half day in the Boardroom in 2026 (£120 in 2027), up to £445 for a whole day in the Event Suite (£460 in 2027), excluding VAT. Book directly with our events team for our best rate.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. All corporate prices exclude VAT.
What equipment is included?
Guest Wi-Fi, bottled tap water, a large mobile TV with HDMI or a projector and screen, a flip chart, a microphone, Bluetooth speakers, and pads, paper and pens are all included in room hire. A charge may apply for stationery for large groups.
Can you provide refreshments and lunch?
Yes. Our own kitchen provides tea and coffee, pastries, bacon baps, working lunch buffets from £11 per person and a two-course clubhouse dinner from £24 per person (from 2027) and formal dinners from £30.50 per person, all excluding VAT.
Can we bring our own caterer?
No. All catering is provided in house from our menus, and we do not offer dry hire.
When do you need our food numbers?
Please give us your food numbers, menu choices and any dietary requirements 2 weeks before your event.
Can we book at the weekend?
Our published rates are for Monday to Friday. Please contact us for a weekend rate.
Is the venue accessible?
Our event rooms are on the first floor, with a Stannah stairlift. Assistance animals are welcome, provided they are well behaved and stay on a lead.
