Exclusive Christmas Parties for 50 to 90 guests
Have our event suite to yourselves for your own private Christmas party, from 6.30pm until midnight. Only a few dates remain for 2026, so get in touch soon. For groups smaller or larger than 50 to 90, contact us to discuss options.
£49 per person, including:
- 6.30pm: welcome prosecco or an alcohol-free alternative
- 7.15pm: three-course festive dinner from our Christmas menu, with Christmas crackers, then tea, coffee and mint chocolates
- 8.45pm to midnight: festive disco
Booking
- A £10 non-refundable deposit per guest is needed when booking.
- The balance of £39 per guest is due by Friday 13 November.
- Menu choices and dietary needs are due by Friday 6 November.
- The organiser receives an invoice for both the deposit and the balance.
Private Christmas Dinners for 10 to 90 guests
Book one of our event rooms or the downstairs conservatory for your own Christmas dinner with friends, family or colleagues, during November and December. Room hire is included in the price.
- Two courses: £30 per person (starter and main, or main and dessert)
- Three courses: £38 per person
Both include Christmas crackers, table decorations, and tea, coffee and mint chocolates after your meal. Guests choose from the full Christmas menu. The room is yours for up to five hours, for example a 7pm dinner finishing at midnight.
Booking
- A £100 non-refundable deposit per booking secures your date.
- The balance is due two weeks before your event.
- Menu choices and dietary needs are due three weeks before your event.
- The organiser receives an invoice for the deposit and the balance.
- A minimum spend applies to private bookings.

What each tier includes
- Silver (+£5pp): a welcome drink of your choice: mulled wine or Bucks Fizz or Nosecco, includes a tea or coffee.
- Gold (+£15pp): a welcome drink of prosecco, mulled wine, Bucks Fizz or Nosecco, half a bottle of house wine or 2 bottled beers per person, tea or coffee and Christmas crackers.
- Platinum (+£25pp): champagne on arrival, Christmas cocktail or mocktail, half a bottle of premium wine or 3 bottled beers per person, tea or coffee and Christmas crackers.
Extras
- Upgrade a Silver or Gold welcome drink to champagne: +£8 per person.
- Christmas crackers for food-only or Silver bookings: +£1.50 per person.
- Disco for 4 hours: £330.
- Daytime Christmas meeting: meeting room, tea and coffee on arrival, festive buffet lunch and afternoon refreshments, £32 per delegate.
Room hire for up to five hours is included, and your room is matched to the size of your group.

How booking works
- Minimum spend: Christmas parties as private bookings from Monday to Friday before 4pm in the event room have a minimum spend of £400. From 4pm on Friday and at weekends for the event room, it’s £700. Bar spend counts towards the minimum.
- Rooms: rooms are allocated by group size. If you’d like a larger room for your Christmas party or exclusive use for a smaller group, you can reserve it for a supplement. Ask us when you enquire.
- Room hire: included for up to five hours.
- Deposits: £10 per person for exclusive parties, and £100 per booking for private dinners, buffets and canapé receptions. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Changes: we can’t make changes to your booking within 72 hours of your event.
- Paying: by bank transfer using the details on your invoice, or by card on 01480 434700 or in person.
- VAT: all prices include VAT, and we provide VAT receipts for business bookings.
- Allergies: we cater for allergens. Please tell us about any requirements when you book.

How much does a private Christmas party at Brampton Park Golf Club cost?
Canapés start at £11 per person and a festive buffet at £19.95. A private Christmas dinner is £30 for two courses or £38 for three. Exclusive Christmas parties are £49 per person, including a welcome drink, three-course dinner and disco. All prices include VAT.
How many guests can you hold?
We host groups of 10 to 120 guests. Private dinners suit 10 to 90, buffets and canapé receptions 20 to 120, and exclusive Christmas parties 50 to 90. For smaller groups, you can book a table at one of our Christmas Party Nights.
Can we have a room to ourselves?
Rooms are allocated by group size. If you’d like a larger room or exclusive use for a smaller group, you can reserve it for a supplement. Ask us when you enquire.
Do you cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other dietary needs?
Yes. Our menus include vegetarian dishes and vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options, and we cater for allergies. Tell us your guests’ requirements when you send your menu choices.

Is there parking, and how late do parties finish?
We have free parking on site. Evening parties run until midnight, and room hire is included for up to five hours.
